Diet and Nutrition Part 1

Massage for Friends/Partners

Over the two days of the course you will learn practical masssage skills including how to massage the back, arms, hands, legs, feet, scalp and face, using oil. Please book in pairs as you will be working with your partner or friend.

Massage and Aromatherapy Oils

On this two-day course, you will learn where essential oils come from, how to use them, how to test their safety, and about six essential oils in detail. You will also be making blends of essential oils and developing your practical massage skills.

Introduction to Massage


This is a beginner's massage course. It is a great introductory course for anyone wanting to improve their massage skills to use on family and friends, or to prepare themselves for taking the professional ITEC massage diploma course later. The course involves some massage theory and a lot of practical massage. Over the six weeks you will learn to massage the hands, feet, back, neck, shoulders, face and scalp.
