Introduction to Diet and Nutrition
A six week introductory course which covers the structure and function of the digestive system, good and bad fats, how different food groups benefit the body, and how to eat a healthy diet.

Herbal Medicine - Spring Herb Celebration, King Henry's Walk Garden
An informal talk describing what herbal medicine is, how herbal remedies are prepared, and the medicinal properties of some of the plants (and weeds!) in King Henry's Walk Garden. All you need is an interest in herbal medicine and plants.

Massage and Aromatherapy Oils
Learn how to massage using essential oils on this relaxed two-day course. Learn where essential oils come from, how to use them in a variety of ways, how to test their safety, and learn about six essential oils in detail. You will also be making blends of essential oils and developing your practical massage skills during the course.

Introduction to Massage
This is a beginner's massage course. It is a great introductory course for anyone wanting to improve their massage skills to use on family and friends, or to prepare themselves for taking the professional ITEC massage diploma course later. The course involves some massage theory and a lot of practical massage. Over the six weeks you will learn to massage the hands, feet, back, neck, shoulders, face and scalp.
